The Southeast Asia Primary Learning Metrics (SEA-PLM) is a regional programme to assess learning outcomes of Grade 5 students to inform policy-making and ensure all children achieve meaningful learning.

The SEA-PLM programme has been developed after analysing countries' curricula from the Southeast Asian region.

It includes background questionnaires for students, parents, teachers and principals.
It is the result of close collaborative work with SEAMEO Member Countries.

It provides in-country capacity-building for technical collaboration on learning assessments and standards.
