SEA-PLM is a learning assessment programme designed for the Southeast Asian context

The SEA-PLM programme has been developed after analysing countries' curricula from the Southeast Asian region.

It can be embedded into national systems and structures to build capacity within ministries.

It measures learning outcomes in the domains of reading, writing, mathematics and global citizenship.

It includes background questionnaires for students, parents, teachers and principals.

It is the result of close collaborative work with SEAMEO Member Countries.

It serves as a regional network to share best practices in learning policies and assessment mechanisms.

It provides in-country capacity-building for technical collaboration on learning assessments and standards.

SEA-PLM accelerates SDG 4 to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and learning.
