Join SEA-PLM 2029

SEA-PLM 2029 invites Southeast Asian countries and regional and international partners to contribute to a shared vision of improving foundational learning and strengthening evidence-informed education systems across the region. 

Participating Countries

All Southeast Asian countries are encouraged to participate in SEA-PLM 2029 by implementing the regional assessment and engaging in the programme's collaborative activities. Participation provides opportunities to benchmark learning outcomes, strengthen national assessment capacity, exchange knowledge with peers, and use evidence to inform education policy and reform 

Partners

Development agencies, research institutions, technical organizations, and other partners committed to advancing quality and equitable education are invited to collaborate with the SEA-PLM Regional Secretariat. Partnerships can support regional capacity development, research, innovation, technical cooperation, and the translation of evidence into meaningful policy and practice.

Together, we can build stronger education systems that enable every child in Southeast Asia to learn, thrive, and succeed.
